Monthly timesheet for Excel or PDF
Enter your shifts and breaks to see how many hours you worked. Compare them with scheduled hours, then download or print the month.
How it works
Record a start time, an end time and any unpaid break in minutes. A shift from 09:00 to 17:00 with a 30-minute break counts as 7 hours and 30 minutes worked.
Assumptions and limits
Scheduled hours follow the Estonian holiday calendar and shortened working days. Payable overtime depends on your employment agreement and accounting period.
Guide and examplesFrom a recorded shift to an Excel or PDF timesheet
- Choose a month and enter one shift or absence per start date. Add an unpaid break in minutes.
- Check worked hours against the Monday–Friday, eight-hour schedule, adjusted for Estonian holidays and shortened days. Absences count as zero worked hours.
- Download Excel, CSV or PDF, or print the month. Choose Save month on this device if you want a browser copy; clearing browser data removes saved months.

Read the exported hours
The example records 7 hours 30 minutes as 7.5 decimal hours in Excel. PDF and print show the same recorded fields. The full export includes every date and a total row. Times use Europe/Tallinn; an overnight shift belongs entirely to its start date. The sheet does not calculate wages or decide payable overtime.
