How is this calculated?
Both ends of the date range are included. Working days follow your chosen weekly schedule, excluding Estonian national and public holidays. A workday immediately before New Year's Day, Independence Day, Victory Day or Christmas Eve is shortened by three hours. The reduction does not move to an earlier workday.
Calculation assumptions
Annual leave is counted in calendar days excluding Estonian national and public holidays. Weekends count as leave days. Shift work, individual agreements and aggregated working time can require a separate calculation. Future calendars project the law verified on the date below; later legislation can change them. The calendar shows statutory public holidays rather than school holidays.
