How it works
Your browser reads the chosen image and creates a new file. Fit preserves proportions; center crop uses the exact requested dimensions. The tool checks the actual bytes and dimensions of the resulting file.
Assumptions and limits
Supports JPEG, PNG and WebP. Upscaling requires your selection. A requested KB limit may be impossible at exact dimensions. Re-encoding removes original metadata. Meeting technical limits does not guarantee acceptance by an application or official photo service.
